As humans we seem to often have an inability to reason with people who have a different point of view or different set of values.
Sadly, in many cases this leads to violence and death – take Ukraine as an example. One of my passions at Bridgeworks is helping people be aware is that there are much better ways to resolve conflict and find the win-win. The following song “It’s on” reminds us of this inability to find the win-win – told in a humorous way. .
