Bridgeworks’ Virtual Team Program was born out of necessity when COVID-19 sent us all into lockdown mode. Ah, the silver linings coming out of COVID!
Creating New Opportunities
First, we developed a new program format to keep building the strength of Australian businesses with the power of an engaged culture. We picked the essential elements of our process and selected new dynamic team activities that would work on Zoom to create powerful team experiences.
Now comes another positive consequence of COVID: Bridgeworks is going offshore! Currently we are negotiating with two organisations in the USA to conduct team programs from my office in Melbourne.
Apparently, it is something to do with my accent. (I actually thought it was them who had the accent!)
This move follows the success of conducting virtual team programs for business here in Australia. One program involved working with all the state managers of a large insurance company. At the end, the National Manager said he was “pleasantly surprised at the value gained from the experience for his managers”.
