The Optimists’ Voices

Victor Perton, Founder Australian Leadership Project

Breakfast Friday 23rd March, 2018 Crown Palladium

At its simplest, optimism is a general expectation that good things will happen. According to recent Harvard health research, optimism may help you live longer.  Optimism may also help you function better as a leader.

Victor Perton is the author of this newly released book “The Case for Optimism: The Optimists Voices”.

He also founded ‘The Australian Leadership Project’ with the mission to “celebrate, understand and improve Australian leadership.”

Victor’s life experience includes stints as Commissioner to the Americas, 18 years a parliamentarian, practice as a barrister, mediator, arbitrator, businessman and board service.  Victor was a Senior Adviser in the Australian G20 presidency supporting the G20 Finance Ministers & Central Bank Governors meetings and the Brisbane G20 Leaders Summit described by the Prime Minister as “the most important gathering Australia has ever hosted.”

There’s no doubt that optimistic leaders not only outperform other leaders, but create workplaces that more effectively engage other people and their ideas.

This will be the ideal session to bring along your team or valued clients. Don’t miss Victors’ fabulous presentation at the Crown Palladium in Melbourne.
