Gavin has had over 10 years of experience working with elite individuals striving to gain perfection in their choice of activity. This includes being a member of a gold medal winning Olympic team as the team psychologist and Performance Psychologist for a World Cup Rugby Team during the 2003 Rugby World Cup, responsible for team performance and management of staff.

He was the team psychologist for the Australian Paralympics’ Team and has worked with several professional athletes, who compete in the best leagues in the world, including: The NBA, WNBA, Pro-Golf tour and Rugby Union. Gavin has held positions of Corporate Senior Psychologist specialising in developing excellence in high performing elite business men and women. He has provided advice and input at all levels within a business’s corporate structure. He currently holds a Director of HR and Organisational Development position.

Gavin has held the position of Head of Psychology Department for the ACT Academy of Sport and Senior Psychologist at the Australian Institute of Sport, providing services to over 200 athletes and 19 head coaches. Gavin has had a number of years providing general counselling services and has a unique understanding of human behaviour which enables him to effectively deliver this program at any level within your organization. He is the current team psychologist for the Winter Olympic Team.

Gavin is the author of the Business Olympian and creator of Business Olympian series of professional development workshops. He’s a regular contributor to the Sydney Morning Herald & ABC Radio.
